- SLs do note down the reasons for absence and hand it in together with the attendance list to Lynette(Secretary) on time also. (:
- Don't know to go to the esplanade or want to meet up to go together? We will be arranging a meeting (Time not confirmed yet).

#2: 25/7 YeShangHai performance
PERFORMERS TAKE NOTE !!!
Details of the performance:
Date: 25/7/09 (Saturday)
Time: Abt 5pm-8pm (not confirmed)
Venue: Sheraton Hotel
We are going to perform in our SYF costumes (Borrow from members who are not performing if you don't have one)
- Combined and sectional practices will be arranged for this performance(We're still asking if we can stay in school for practice, will confirm asap)
- Do spare some time practising at home if you have your instrument at home.
- There will also be a sectional practice in school on this coming thursday.Bulky instruments (eg. percussion, double bass, yang qin...) players would have to stay back for this practice.
- You can ask your instructor to come and teach you. Tell me if your instructor will be coming and i will help you open the music room.
- I know that there are scores with missing pages for some instruments . I'll ask Zhenglaoshi about it and confirm with you asap
- I'll inform you guys again when there are updates(Announcements would be posted on our CO blog)
